Turkish groups generally expect a hospitality standard closer to hotel catering than to volume feeding, with structured meal service and presentation as part of the specification.
Menu direction
Our kitchen departments cover Arabic and Oriental cuisine alongside international menus, and our equipment schedule includes Turkish-specification cooking pots. Even so, the menu would be built with your operator and approved by you rather than assumed.
