Indonesia Pilgrim Group Catering
Indonesian programmes are unusually structured, with meal timing tied closely to a fixed daily schedule. Rice is central to every meal rather than an accompaniment, and portion structure differs from Middle Eastern norms in ways worth specifying explicitly.
We have not yet catered for groups from this market. This page describes what we can deliver, not work already done.
Overview
Indonesia sends the largest national pilgrim contingent in the world, organised through the Ministry of Religious Affairs regular scheme and the licensed private Umrah and Hajj sector. Programmes are highly structured and groups are large.
We have not yet catered for Indonesian pilgrim groups. This page sets out capability rather than experience.

Menu direction
We would build the menu with your operator rather than assuming a Southeast Asian template. Our facility includes steam rice ovens rated at 160 kg per 30 minutes, which is the relevant capability question for a rice-centred programme at volume.
Services available
Hotel catering, packed meal boxes, and multi-day programmes matched to a fixed daily schedule.
