Overview
India sends one of the largest pilgrim contingents in the world, split between the Haj Committee of India quota and licensed private tour operators. Groups vary enormously in size and expectation, from state-coordinated delegations to small premium packages, and regional differences within India matter as much as the national picture.

Menu direction
We will not claim a South Asian menu we have not built with you. What we can say is how it would work: you tell us the regional expectation and the vegetarian split, we propose a menu, and you approve it before anything is committed.

Questions from operators in this market
Not yet. We are being straight about that rather than implying otherwise. What we do have is a Makkah production facility, a 1447 season record with groups from five countries, and a menu process built around a group's own expectations.
Vegetarian provision needs to be planned as separate production, and that is how we would plan it. Tell us the split at enquiry stage.
It matters a great deal, and it is exactly the sort of thing to tell us early so the menu is built for your pilgrims rather than for a generic idea of Indian food.
