Coverage
Makkah is where our production facility is and where our operations are based. The building runs across four levels with segregated receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, packaging and quality control, and it is the origin point for every meal we deliver.
The city's catering demand is unlike anywhere else in the Kingdom. Demand arrives in seasonal waves rather than a steady line, pilgrim groups move between hotels and holy sites on schedules set by the rites, and peak days cannot be moved to suit a kitchen. Our planning is built around that rather than adapted to it.
